1. Prepare Your Design

Send us your materials so we can start working on your order. We need:

✔ Apparel design in vector format (.eps, .ai, .pdf).
✔ Sponsor logos in high resolution (vector: .eps, .ai, .pdf, or high-quality bitmaps).
✔ Custom design requests – if needed, our graphic designer will adjust the project based on your guidelines.
✔ Colors according to the PANTONE C color chart – ensure every detail is perfect!
✔ A list of ordered products and sizes (standard or professional sizing).
✔ Padding for shorts and suits – choose the model that best suits your needs.
✔ Contact details, VAT invoice information, and shipping address.
✔ 2025 order form with all required materials sent to: agnieszka.jesionek@questsport.cc.

2. Our Offer for You

Once we receive your order form, we will provide:

✔ A price quote (proforma invoice).
✔ Payment terms and all necessary details.

Once you approve the offer, we can move forward:
✔ Approval of the offer means acceptance of the terms and agreement to the costs.
✔ A 20% deposit is required to proceed with the order.

3. Design Stage

✔ Your submitted design – our graphic designer will adapt it to Quest's apparel templates and send it for approval.
✔ Custom design – our designer will create a unique concept based on your guidelines or propose their version.
✔ Quest pre-designed patterns – if you choose a ready-made design, we will send it for approval.

⚠ Note: If you choose to remove the "Quest" logo from the design, an additional 10% fee will be applied to the total order value.

4. Design Approval

✔ Any changes to the design can be discussed over the phone, but must be confirmed in writing via email.
✔ Once we receive written approval, we proceed with order production.

5. Order Shipping

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via:

🚚 DPD (Poland) or UPS (international shipments) – after full payment by bank transfer.
💰 Cash on delivery – available at a higher shipping cost.
📦 Personal pickup – payment must be completed in advance or made in cash upon collection.
